Went Above and Beyond the Call of Duty |
 I would like to take this moment to commemorate one of your outstanding agents. My fianc nd I began our search for a home in Harris County Georgia in February of 2007. I had previously spoken with a few other realtors in the area; but to my dismay, not one of them acted interested in taking the time to help a first time buyer such as my fianc nd me. I saw one of Dana DeLuca s signs in passing one Friday afternoon. I called the number listed and to my surprise, the voice on the other end invited me to her office for a one on one consultation.
That first Saturday Dana sat down with both of us and took the time to find out what it was that the two of us as a couple were looking for in a home. From the very first day, Dana listened to what we wanted and only showed us properties that matched our needs. In the beginning we searched Harris County and surrounding area. Dana was willing to meet us morning, noon and night. After several weeks and many hours spent with Dana searching the Harris County area, I received a surprising phone call that changed our lives. I got an accounting job with **** located out of Atlanta. That phone call completely changed our search area by more than an hour s drive. My fianc nd I decided to move to the Coweta County area and start a new search. We explained the situation to Dana and asked her if she would like to continue helping us. Without hesitation, Dana accepted the new challenge and immediately began the tedious task of searching an area for which none of us including Dana were familiar with. Dana took us every evening we had available to look at a new property. We went Saturdays and sometimes a Sunday or two. I cannot tell you home many evening that we got back to the realty office past 10 at night. Dana never once made us feel as if we had inconvenienced her one time. Finally, after several weeks she found us that perfect home.
As first time buyers neither my fianc or I were familiar with the steps that must be completed when purchasing a home. My wife and I work full time careers. It would not have been possible for us to have closed the house on time if it had not been for Dana. Dana was there working behind the scenes insuring that every T was crossed and I was dotted to insure that all would go smooth on closing day.
Now the story does not end with the closing day. My fianc nd I got married on ****. Once again, Dana was there to support and witness another one of our life changing events. She has continued to keep in contact with us long after her job was done and remained a close friend. I do not know a single person who has purchased a home speak as highly of their realtor as I can. Dana went above and beyond the call of duty. If asked, Would you recommend Dana? I would simply reply, As the old saying goes, I would recommend her to my mother . Dana, thanks again for all that you have done!!!

In October 2007 my husband and I decided we wanted to purchase our first house. We started looking on our own at different houses and decided we needed a trusting agent to help us find what we were looking for. We wanted a newer home country setting with fenced yard and a garage. We found Dana DeLuca. We was so confused on the house situation so she set us down and figured out what was our price range. Once we figured that out, Dana gave me some listings on houses she felt I would really like. We would go look at houses and if there was a house I found that I want to see, Dana would try her best for us to be able to look at it. We spent hours looking at houses. She was very patient with us and understood we wanted nothing but the best for our first home. Dana would even go out to a house a second time so my husband could see what she and I had been looking at earlier in the day. I know this one time; we went all the way out to Ft Mitchell in the dark to show my husband a house that I had liked. Once we got all the way out there, the house had no electric so we made a trip for no reason. Dana didn't care, rain or shine she was always there to help us with our purchase of our new home. We finally found the home we wanted (one of the first we looked at). The process went really fast. The home was in perfect condition for us to move in right away. Dana took care of everything. She made sure everything went smoothly. I recommend Dana. She is a sweet, caring and helpful agent. Came to be a lifelong friend. She is always there if you have questions or concerns about property.

 I recently moved from Ft. Hood Texas and I had to find a house before I left that would satify all my needs. I ran across Dana's website during a search and that was one of the best things that has happened to me. I told her what I was looking for and why, and she was on the hunt. Being that I was not in the area and I couldn't inspect the house, I put a heavy workload on her shoulders.
She inspected around 20 properties for me as if she was planning to live there herself until she found the perfect place. She was a lifesaver and the best realtor I have ever work with, because she really put your needs FIRST!!!! Thanks again for everything Dana. I look forward to working with you in the future.

I am writing in support of Dana DeLuca and her practices as a professional realtor. I purchased a home in the Columbus, GA area in July, 2007. Mrs. DeLuca was the realtor who assisted me in identifying it, negotiating a purchase price and finally purchasing it. It required her to freely give hours of her time in helping me sort out what part of this metropolitan area I wished to take up residence in, as well as physically accompanying and showing me at least 50 homes across this two-state area. She was able to answer directly or find a source that could answer all my questions. I found her grasp of this real estate market to simply be phenomenal. Dana was forthcoming and honest at all stages of this process. She was direct and shared her knowledge and opinion freely, warning me of future issues that might be associated with my choices.
Her attention to the details of identifying, appraising and purchasing a home was very professional as was all aspects of her behavior during this process. I utilized a home appraisal professional she recommended and found his no-nonsense approach to be refreshing. He and his assistant identified several issues with the property that they passed on to me that were crucial in negotiation the "fairest" price possible. During this process, Dana DeLuca consistently brought details and points of consideration to my attention. I found her approach refreshingly honest, professional and efficient.
I will utilize her services again in the future should I sell or buy another home in the area. I have recommended her services three new or prospective faculty we considered hiring over the last year or so.

 As new home buyers, we were unsure and nervous about the process of buying a home. We had many questions. Thankfully, we came across a lady who helped us with getting us the answers to our questions; and if she was not sure of something, she would research it to give us the correct information. She took notes on what we wanted and needed in a home. At the end of the process, we were very satisfied with her performance and ability to find us our new home. Dana DeLuca has been very successful with her work with me getting ready to sell the property that we are leaving after 25 years. She has kept me informed on ways to make the place look better and what makes it sell. I have done my best to accomplish all she has advised.
Her most commendable point, in my opinion, is that she hasn't rushed or pushed. She sends out helpful info periodically and is always available to answer questions I may have and let me know when, in the progress of the house will be the best time to put it on the market. She adjusts very well with people to work the way they are comfortable. I definitely couldn't have handled this without her leadership.
